I'm glad you have found the time to pay me a visit! As you may have noticed, I am a proponent of using your surroundings for physical conditioning, without the need for artificial equipment such as what can be found at the gym. This is the basis of the "Natural Method," which is also the foundation for parkour. Going to the gym is great too, but nothing beats the feeling of being able to control your own body.
Not too long ago, I was a total gymrat, an avid weightlifter buying into the flawed philosophies of "bro-science." Eat big, lift big, and get big, right?! Well, the more experienced I got, the more I realized that this wasn't always necessarily the case, or even what I strived for. I soon discovered the merits of strictly calisthenics only training, and haven't looked back since!
