Welcome to the revamped First Cut Fitness blog!

Hello there! Welcome to the First Cut Fitness blog. If you haven't done so already, please check out my main First Cut Fitness page and also the YouTube workout videos! In this blog, I will provide my insights on general health and wellness, as well as discuss different types of exercises and workouts best suited for life in the modern world.

I know we all have hectic lives in this urban jungle, and taking time out to go to the gym is not always an option. Well, fear not. The idea behind First Cut FItness is to instill in everyone the benefits of natural bodyweight training at home, the office, the local park, or basically any place you can find in the city landscape... anytime.

As the motto states, "Put the weights down. Lift yourself up." This basically means that there is no need to waste your time going to the gym using artificial metal plates and gadgets, when the best piece of equipment for exercise... is the very thing you are training. What can be more satisfying than mastering your own body for strength, health, and ultimately, appearance?

To kick things off with the blog, I'll be transferring over some old(er) blog entries from my main page from a few months back. Once everything is up to speed, it will be nothing but fresh new content for you to digest (and work off). I hope to see you again soon! As always, have a nice workout, and be safe!
